Brents Boxing Ltd Terms & Conditions


Memberships:


Once a membership has been purchased online we cannot refund/part refund for any reason. You must give notice as outlined below. 

Membership cancellations must be completed by the member, not the Gym.

Non attendance at the gym during your membership does not mean your membership will be cancelled. If you don’t attend that’s your choice. You will not be notified of non attendance.

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to brentsboxing@gmail.com

A minimum of one month’s notice must be given should you wish to cancel your membership. 

Cancelling your direct debit does not mean your membership is cancelled.

If your direct debit membership payment is cancelled without giving notice period stated, your membership will be withdrawn immediately even if you have days remaining.

If membership payment is unsuccessful we will attempt to take payment a second time if possible. Until payment is settled your membership will be frozen until payment is collected. 



16 years + (Open Gym:)


Participants must be 16 years and over.

The Gym has the right to invite anyone under the age of 16 years to an Open Gym session.

PAYG Open gym session can be purchased by non members subject to availability. If your PAYG credit expires, you fail to attend, or you do not cancel within 12 hours before your booking, no refunds can be given. No part refund can be given if you attend your booking late.

Members must still book Open gym sessions online or via the App. Failure to book may lead to your space being taken and therefore denied entry to the gym.

Once booked, sessions can be cancelled online or via the App providing it’s 12 hours before start time.

Sessions cannot be refunded if you do not attend.

Sessions cannot be part refunded if you are late.

The Gym has the right to cancel an Open Gym session at short notice, however we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible by showing availability online.

Last entry to Open Gym is 30 minutes before the end of session time. e.g. If Open gym is 16:00-18:00 last entry would be 17:30. After this time you may be refused entry and/or Gym may close. 


16 years + (Classes):


Participants must be 16 years and over.

The Gym has the right to invite anyone under the age of 16 years to a Senior boxing class.

PAYG Classes can be purchased by non members subject to availability. If your PAYG credit expires, you fail to attend, or you do not cancel within 12 hours before your booking, no refunds can be given. No part refund can be given if you attend your booking late.

Members must still book onto classes online or via the App. Failure to book may lead to your space being taken and therefore denied entry to the gym.

Any member who books onto a class and fails to attend will be unable to book on the following class. You will not be notified of this. If you are already booked on the next class you will be removed. 

Once booked, sessions can be cancelled online or via the App providing it’s 12 hours before start time.

Sessions cannot be refunded if you do not attend.

Sessions cannot be part refunded if you are late.

If you are 10+ minutes late your slot maybe cancelled and given to another participant waiting. 

The Gym has the right to cancel any class at short notice, however we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible by showing availability online.


9-15 years Boxing 


Members should be 9-15 years of age, however this is a rough guideline and can be discussed directly with the gym.

No one 16 years and over can attend these sessions.

The Gym has the right to invite anyone under the age of 9 years to these sessions.

Single 9-15 year sessions (PAYG) can be purchased by non members subject to availability. If your PAYG credit expires, you fail to attend, or you do not cancel within 12 hours before your booking, no refunds can be given. No part refund can be given if you attend your booking late.

Members must still book 9-15 year sessions online or via the App. Failure to book may lead to your space being taken and therefore denied entry to the gym.

Once booked, sessions can be cancelled online or via the App providing it’s 12 hours before start time.

Sessions cannot be part refunded if you are late.

Parents/Guardians are not permitted in the gym once the sessions are in progress.

The Gym will only allow the following persons in the Gym when the sessions are in progress:

Coaches

A.B.A Committee members i.e. Chairman, Treasurer, and Welfare Officer

DBS Volunteer(s)


Children must be collected outside the Gym doors immediately by a responsible adult after session finishes.


1:1 Training (9 years+)


Once a 1:1 session has been purchased online we cannot refund/part refund for any reason. 

Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18yrs+)

The Gym has the right to invite anyone under the age of 9 years to these sessions.

1:1 Training allows one person to train with one coach for 60 minutes. This cannot be amended e.g. 2:1 session for 60 minutes or 1:1 session for 30 minutes X 2

Single or bulk 1:1 sessions can be purchased by members or non members subject to availability. If your credit expires, you fail to attend, or you do not cancel within 12 hours before your booking start time, no refunds can be given. No part refund can be given if you attend your booking late.

Sessions times and days cannot be amended once booked. Only cancelled as per 12 hour notice policy.

The Gym has the right to cancel a 1:1 session at short notice, however we will endeavor to give as much notice as possible and communicate this via email and/or phone.
